We host high-profile dinners and awards nights, multi-day conferences and seminars, product launches, training and strategy days, team-building workshops, and client networking functions. Because the space is so flexible, we can do everything from a small executive meeting to a big company celebration, whether it’s a breakfast seminar, evening gala or relaxed company social.
Our corporate event venue can flex to suit both small groups and big crowds. We can host up to 400 guests for a standing, cocktail-style event, or around 300 people in a theatre-style presentation. For seated dinners or banquets, we comfortably cater for around 240 guests. The layout is modular, so we can also carve out breakout areas or lounge spaces. From a boardroom meeting for 10 to a conference for hundreds, we’ll size the space to fit.
Yes, absolutely. Every corporate event at The Maritime Room is backed by modern AV and an experienced tech team. They have quality projectors and screens, a built-in sound system with microphones for speakers and panels, and lighting that can be tuned to suit the mood.
