We host all kinds of client entertainment events. That might be a relaxed cocktail reception with drinks and canapés, a client appreciation night with a short presentation, a product showcase, a tasting dinner or a more formal banquet. We also do conference-week hospitality nights and intimate VIP lounge-style events. Whatever the format, we shape the space and atmosphere to suit the tone you want.

The waterfront setting sets a strong first impression, and we build on that with thoughtful touches – like a signature welcome drink, tailored lighting, and subtle use of your branding. Yes – and we design the catering to impress. For stand-up events, we can serve gourmet canapés, small plates and grazing stations, paired with premium wines, craft beers and bespoke cocktails. For seated dinners, we offer refined multi-course menus with beautiful presentation. We’re happy to incorporate local flavours or specific preferences, and we’ll match food and drink to the occasion so it feels thoughtful, not generic.
Definitely. Many client events combine a short formal segment with plenty of networking time, and the Maritime Room is set up for exactly that. We can create a focal area with stage, screen and AV for your presentation or announcement, then transition back to a more open, social layout with bars, high tables and lounge zones. Lighting and sound can be adjusted as the event shifts gears.
We’re flexible enough for both intimate and large-scale client events. For smaller VIP groups of 10–50, we can use our boardroom or a portion of the main room for an intimate lounge or private dinner. For larger cocktail-style hospitality events, we can comfortably host up to around 400 guests using the full venue and deck, with multiple bars and food stations to keep everything flowing smoothly.
