Our private oceanside boardroom is designed for smaller, high-level meetings. It comfortably seats up to around 16 people in a classic boardroom setup around one table. In a classroom-style layout it can host up to about 20 guests, and slightly more in theatre style. It’s ideal for groups in the “tens not hundreds” – think leadership meetings, strategy sessions or intimate workshops.
This isn’t your standard office meeting room. Our boardroom sits on Princes Wharf with direct views over the Waitematā Harbour, giving your meeting a calm, premium feel from the moment you walk in. It’s quiet, well-appointed and discreet, with a large boardroom table, natural light, see breezes and subtle nautical touches. Service is tailored and professional – perfect for VIPs, high-level negotiations or confidential discussions.
Yes, we can fully cater your boardroom booking. We’ll set up quality tea and coffee, water and light snacks like pastries, fruit or biscuits for shorter meetings. For longer sessions, we can serve working-lunch platters, a hot buffet or even a plated gourmet lunch right in the room. Everything is prepared by our in-house chefs and served discreetly, with dietary needs taken care of individually.
Definitely. While it often runs in classic boardroom style, we can easily change things up. U-shape or hollow square works well for workshops, and we can convert the space to classroom or theatre-style for small seminars or presentations. We can also soften it into a more lounge-style setup if you’d like a relaxed discussion environment. We’ll arrange the room in advance to match exactly how you want to work.
Yes, the boardroom is fully equipped for modern meetings. There’s a large flat panel screen for presentations or video calls, with connection cables ready for your laptop. We can provide a conference phone, camera and audio support for Zoom or Teams meetings, plus Wi-Fi and basic tools like flip charts if needed. Our team helps with setup and is on hand to quickly sort any tech issues.
Booking is simple. Contact our events team via the website, email or phone and let us know you’re interested in the boardroom, along with your preferred date, time, guest numbers and meeting type. We’ll confirm availability, discuss catering and AV requirements, and send you a tailored proposal. Once you’re happy, we’ll confirm with an agreement and deposit, then prepare everything so the room is ready to go when you arrive.
