Planning a summer wedding in Auckland and want premium waterfront vibes without the premium price tag? This January venue hire offer at The Maritime Room is extremely limited and built for couples looking at booking 12 to 24 months out, with a sharp per person rate, a generous drinks package, and all the key inclusions sorted.
January is peak wedding season in New Zealand, and it usually books fast. This promotion is for January 2027 and January 2028, designed for couples who want a polished Auckland wedding venue with harbour views and an easy planning process. You get a full 6-hour venue hire, a guest-friendly seated buffet, and a 5-hour complimentary beverage package, all wrapped into one clear price. It’s great value for a premium space, with the support and setup that helps your day run smoothly.
Our offer covers the big-ticket items that make weddings feel easy: venue hire, staffing, furniture, table dressing, sound, and a clear food and beverage structure. From there, you can tailor the finishing touches to suit your style and budget. Some couples keep it clean and minimal, letting the harbour view do the heavy lifting. Others bring in their own bold florals, a statement seating chart, or a DJ and dance lighting for a bigger party feel.
Because guest numbers range from 60 to 200, the day can be scaled to suit what you want, from an intimate summer celebration to a full, high-energy reception. If you’re planning ahead for January 2027 or January 2028, getting in early gives you the best shot at the date you want.

This promo is built around what guests actually love at a wedding. It starts with canapés on arrival so everyone can settle in, grab a drink, and kick off the celebrations without feeling rushed. The seated buffet keeps dinner social and relaxed, while still feeling elegant and well hosted. Our venue is ideal for New Zealand summer weddings where you want people up and moving, catching up with friends, and enjoying the view rather than staying locked into a formal plated service timetable.
At The Maritime Room, the flow is a big part of the experience. You’ve got a premium waterfront setting on the Viaduct, a spacious room that suits both speeches and dancing, and a covered deck area that gives guests a natural place to mingle. The 5-hour beverage package keeps things simple for you and your guests, and the staffing, setup, and event planning support take pressure off in the lead-up.
